 Holistic Health/Menopause Coaching

By definition holistic health is “an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual components of health” (good ol’ Google). During holistic health coaching we take a look at the whole body and a person’s daily habits to see how we can improve vitality and longevity.

Some areas that we may focus on are digestive health, diet, sleep habits, toxins, movement, mindset, community and stress. Each program will, of course, be tailored to your individual needs. My approach includes compassion, accountability and support.

30 Minute Complimentary Phone Consultation: this helps me get to know more about you and we can see if we are the right fit for one another.

1 on 1 Consultation: if we choose to work with one another, we will schedule a longer, extensive health survey that we will go over during the consultation. This can be done in person or via Zoom/phone call. From here, I will design a twelve week program to help you obtain your health goals.

12 Week Program: Each program is tailored to the individual’s needs. However, it will include (and is not limited to): weekly phone appointments, email/text communication, plant based recipes, tutorial videos, recommendations, and online community support.
