*Online programs: Plant Based Eating Challenges run for three weeks and you can participate from the convenience of your own home. In this program, I provide you with everything you need from health tips, shopping lists, sample menus, recipes, ethical/health reasons for eating vegan food, accountability and a private Facebook group for support. This challenge is extremely affordable (only $55.00 for the entire program) and will teach you tips that will last a lifetime. The next challenge date is TBD. *One on one sessions/group sessions: For those who feel like an online program isn’t for them, one on one coaching is also available. We will meet in a convenient location/talk over the phone and will tailor the program to your needs. Do you need someone to take you grocery shopping? Do you want help cleaning out your pantry? Do you need a cooking demo on how to make vegan food? Do you need help ordering vegan food off of restaurant menus? Do you want to learn the necessary supplements to take as a vegan? Or do you just need someone to talk to for accountability and support? This is the program for you!
