I hope you are doing well. I am so sorry that it has been so long. Somehow the month of April got away from me, but I am back!!!
Two quick things:
First, I am kicking off some FREE challenge groups, starting in June 2019. One challenge group will be for anyone who is interested in going vegan. The second group will be for people who are already vegan but may want to become activists. Both challenge groups will be run on Instagram so please make sure to follow me there (@happyhealinvegan). A few weeks ago I set up a little experiment on Facebook and asked my followers for the one question that they have for vegans. Most of the questions were ones that I expected. “Where do you get your protein?” “What supplements do you take?” But one that I didn’t expect, and caught me a bit off guard, was …..“WHY DO VEGANS ALWAYS TALK ABOUT BEING VEGAN?”

Something that I have wanted to do for awhile now, but was too fearful to do, was to film my first VLOG. Well……I finally did it!
I often get asked about my vegan diet (and how I get enough protein!), so I thought I would show you exactly what a typical day looks like for me. I will take you through my meals, show you my workouts and even introduce you to my fur baby.

Here is a Basic Bodyweight Workout that can help you start the week on the right foot. It is great for anyone who is just getting back to working out or for those who need an easy workout in this heat (myself included; it’s 100 here in San Diego!!!).

Anyway, I am back online and am here with another workout for your Fitness Friday. This one is a Full Body Workout (Fat Burning) that can be done at home or at the gym. It is only 15 minutes and can be performed at every fitness level. Additionally, the only equipment that you will need is a chair (or bed frame/couch).
