What I Eat in a Day (VEGAN) & Full Body Workout

Something that I have wanted to do for awhile now, but was too fearful to do, was to film my first VLOG.  Well……I finally did it!

I often get asked about my vegan diet (and how I get enough protein!), so I thought I would show you exactly what a typical day looks like for me.  I will take you through my meals, show you my workouts and even introduce you to my fur baby.

The Lyme Interview (part 1)

Hello wonderful people,

I hope that everyone is enjoying this gorgeous day!!!

I am so excited to share a collaboration that I have just finished with Victoria from Lemons ‘N Lyme.  When I was first diagnosed with Lyme, Victoria was one of the first people I met.  She is one of the most genuine people in our community  and her vast knowledge of treatments and Lyme is amazing!  I immediately felt comforted by her story……not to mention that her blog is pretty phenomenal with the delicious recipes for every diet type (vegan, Paleo, you name it!).

Here is the beginning of her story including her symptoms, her treatments, diet, detox and so much more.  We will release part 2 of the interview next week.

Medical Medium Treatment Update (check this out if you have a chronic illness)

Hello all of my beautiful friends 🙂

If you have been following my story, you read that I changed my Lyme Disease treatment protocol about a month ago.  Here is a quick update on the things that I have learned, the foods and supplements that I have incorporated and how I have been feeling.  Thank you all for the continued support and love.

***For people who have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Lyme, Thyroid issues, Chronic Fatigue or other illness, you may want to watch as well.  There is information that is worth hearing.  Best of luck to all of you with your healing.

 

A New Approach to Lyme Treatment

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s VLOG Day (for those who are new to this phrase, this is a Video Blog) and I finally have a new one out for the New Year!

In this video, I talk about my current Lyme Disease symptoms as well as my new approach to healing for 2017!  I am really excited to heal my body through food, supplements, herbs and cannot wait to share my journey with you.

Please take a moment to watch this VLOG.  Even if you don’t have Lyme, you may find some useful information in this approach-especially when it comes to other conditions and symptoms (acid reflux, Epstein Barr, nerve pain, sinus issues, digestive issues, fatigue, adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, etc).

It may just help you become a healthier version of yourself.  Who doesn’t want that?!

My Struggle with Body Image

Hello friends,

Gabby Bernstein says that “Your wounds are your wisdom” and this is something that really resonates with me.  Over the last few weeks, well even years, I have had a major wake up call when it comes to my struggle with body image (body shaming, body hating).  In this very, vulnerable VLOG I share my story with you.

Please take a few moments to watch the video.  I never share my story with you to make you feel sorry for me.  My true purpose is to make an impact and to possibly change the way that we feel about our bodies.

Not Being Good Enough

Hello all of my lovely friends,

Over the last few weeks I have been doing a lot of transformation through meditation and manifestation (if you haven’t heard of Gabby Bernstein, check her out NOW!).  Something that I find that really resonates with me is body image and the feeling of not being good enough.
