Hello all of my lovely friends,
Over the last few weeks I have been doing a lot of transformation through meditation and manifestation (if you haven’t heard of Gabby Bernstein, check her out NOW!). Something that I find that really resonates with me is body image and the feeling of not being good enough.
Have you ever felt this way in your life?! Maybe in your career, your home or even financially?
If so, please take a moment to watch my video. Let’s take those negative thoughts and channel them into love and joy 🙂
**I will be doing weekly VLOGS so please take a moment to subscribe! Also, please make sure to share your stories with me on Social Media using the #perfectlyme.
Thank you for all of your support.
Good morning and happy Workout Wednesday!
Are you ready for a quick, no gym, full body workout?! It’s only 7 minutes and will incorporate cardio, strength, and abs. Plus, it’s only two moves so it’ll be easy on our minds.
I will do the entire workout with you. Let’s get started!!!
Here is a quick ab routine for your Workout Wednesday! I hope that you enjoy it and that you’re having a wonderful summer 🙂
*most of these exercises can be done without the ball as well.
Did you know that when you are trying to lose weight, what you eat is about 80% of the game? Clean Eating will not only help you lose weight but will also help you sleep better, overcome illness, and increase your energy. Our last challenge group had amazing results and I am so excited to get started on our next group!!!
Here is a video that will explain the three week challenge! I hope that you will join us.
*Programs run monthly and our next one starts on August 1st.
**Men, please don’t run away because this post has the word “barre” in it! I promise that there will not be any dancing in this video and this is an effective workout for both genders. You’ll be surprised how heavy these little weights can feel 🙂
Happy Fitness Friday y’all!
I really believe that we all have a soulmate workout, one that makes us feel happy. For me, it is definitely barre. As a former dancer, I fell in love with the grace, flexibility and strength of this workout style. Plus, there isn’t any pounding on the joints and never any Burpees (can you tell that I am really not feeling Burpees right now?!). In addition, barre is extremely effective in muscle toning and definition.
Here is a quick upper body workout that is inspired by barre. All you need is a set of light dumbbells and your breath.
I hope that you enjoy it:) Please make sure to share, comment, and like.
*thank you to my fabulous client, Sabine, for being my demonstrator:)
May was Lyme Disease Awareness Month and I had such a wonderful time getting to know the warriors in our community. I was lucky enough to work with them on this video and to hear some of their stories. Please take a few minutes to watch. You never know, maybe it’ll help save a life someday 🙂
