However, I know that this is not a good thing because it deprives me of important nutrients without a variety of foods. So, I am challenging myself to try some new recipes and I am taking you with me 🙂

It has been almost 2 years since I was first diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and I wanted to give you a quick update on how I am feeling. After visiting numerous doctors and spending $1000’s on treatment, I have finally figured out how to “heal” from this illness naturally (*please watch the video to see why I have quotations around the word heal).
