Quick Stretch for Flexibility and Cooldown

It is extremely important to cool down after a workout but we may not always know how to do that. Here is a quick stretch video that can be used as a cool down, to increase flexibility or to use in the morning to kick start your day.

Total Leg Workout in Less Than 5 Minutes

Here is a Total Leg Workout that can be done at home or in the gym.  All you need is a set of dumbbells and a mat.  It can be done alone (in under 5 minutes) or added to another strength or cardio workout.

September 2015 Group Fitness Schedule

Here is the group fitness schedule for September 2015.  I am thrilled to bring a new format to our schedule, PiYo (an athletic class based on Yoga, Pilates and dance), as well as to bring back some of our favorites.  Below is the schedule:

***starting September 9th! (Labor Day schedule will be announced)

Mondays:

  • PiYo at 9 AM
  • Barre at 10:00 AM
  • PiYo at 5:30 PM
  • Barre at 6:30 PM

Wednesdays:

  • Barre at 9 AM
  • Cardio Dance at 10:00 AM
