September 2015 Group Fitness Schedule

Here is the group fitness schedule for September 2015.  I am thrilled to bring a new format to our schedule, PiYo (an athletic class based on Yoga, Pilates and dance), as well as to bring back some of our favorites.  Below is the schedule:

***starting September 9th! (Labor Day schedule will be announced)

Mondays:

  • PiYo at 9 AM
  • Barre at 10:00 AM
  • PiYo at 5:30 PM
  • Barre at 6:30 PM

Wednesdays:

  • Barre at 9 AM
  • Cardio Dance at 10:00 AM

10 Minute Leg Workout to kick off your weekend!  No equipment needed and no charge for the extra helper in the video 🙂

Do each move for 1 minute. Repeat circuit 2x.

*Special Surrenders (surrender, squat, calf raise)

*Squat Jumps

*Wall Sit

*Seated Leg Lift on each side (1 minute each)
