One of the questions that I get asked everyday is, “What do you eat?” So, I made a quick and honest video that shows exactly that: What I Eat in a Day (Plant Based, Vegan, Gluten Free). I hope that you will watch this short video and realize how easy it can be to make delicious and nutritious food. Please remember that it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Just a quick note that the volume on this video is a little bit wonky, so make sure to turn it up when it gets to lunch time.
I realized today that Thanksgiving is only two weeks away!!! Ahhhhh!!! Time sure does fly.
For some of us, the holidays can be an extremely difficult time. We are surrounded by animal suffering and it is thrown in our faces in the grocery store, on tv and at holiday meals (happy turkey anyone?!).
I am hoping that today’s video will make the holidays a bit less overwhelming. It is important to take care of our mental well-being so I have come up with a few approaches to help us do just that.
Please watch the video and let me know what approach you think you will be taking with your family and friends this year.
And please remember that I am always here if you need even more support. ❤
As we approach the holidays, I want to make sure that you have a great dessert to bring to those family meals. This is one of our favorites! So easy to make, no baking required and delicious. Plus, they are gluten free and vegan (of course!).
I have shared this recipe before but I wanted to make sure that you had a cooking demo as well for our mini-pumpkin cheesecakes. Enjoy! ❤
I hope that you are having a great week! It has been extremely hot in San Diego and I have been craving nothing but cold food. This breakfast recipe helped brighten my summer mornings and is still doing the trick in October. Whether it is hot or cold where you live, Cacao Overnight Oats are a perfectly, delicious way to start your day.
Here is a quick video demonstration on how to make this breakfast. You absolutely do not have to be vegan to enjoy this one!
Enjoy the video and please tag me on social media if you recreate this simple dish!
The more and more I talk to people about what is happening to animals, our planet and their health, one thing is very clear. Most people are compassionate, wonderful people. They want to make a change but have no idea how to start.
Today’s video is a helpful guide to start making the transition to a better way of living and eating. Every small step can help make our world a better and more peaceful place.
Please take a few minutes to watch, and please share it with anyone who may be interested.
Also, please feel free to message me if you ever need additional assistance ❤
I don’t know about you, but with the movement growing so much, I am often SO confused about all of the terms out there. Should you be “vegan?” Should you be “plant based?” What about “whole food plant based?” Ahhhhh!!!
In today’s video I quickly address what these terms mean and if being “vegan” is actually healthy.
Here is the link. I hope that you enjoy it.
