Lyme Disease Treatment & Health Tips for Everyone

Hello all,

I hope that you are having a wonderful Monday!

It has been almost 2 years since I was first diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and I wanted to give you a quick update on how I am feeling.  After visiting numerous doctors and spending $1000’s on treatment, I have finally figured out how to “heal” from this illness naturally (*please watch the video to see why I have quotations around the word heal).

Before you think “I don’t need to watch this because I don’t have a chronic illness”,  please know that these health tips can help everyone live a happier and healthier life.

Thank you as always for your support and make sure to click on the link below to watch my short video 🙂

  2. Wow, thank you for posting this. My LLMD has told me she thinks I have Lyme and Bartonella (we are waiting for labs but we know that doesn’t mean much). I am a HUGE believer in diet and the impact it has on our wellbeing. But I am struggling with a massive sugar addiction. I recently gave up meat but I am struggling to figure out how to live without dairy. I’d love to know more about what you eat!

    1. Thank you so much for your comment. I am so sorry that you are dealing with all of that. My doctor thought I had Bartonella as well. What a crazy disease, huh?! I agree with you about the impact of our diets. I honestly think that is the one thing that has made me feel better! Just hang in there. Sugar addictions are totally real but can make Lyme/Bartonella symptoms so much worse. If you can get through it, your taste buds will change and then you won’t crave it as much. Have you maybe tried switching to things like fruit or honey? Try to eliminate the processed stuff first. And dairy is so hard because our brains are hard wired to want more, just like a drug. There is actually a chemical in dairy that makes it so that the baby cows want more. That’s what it does to us too. But that’s another thing that causes inflammation, yet increasing our symptoms. Maybe try to switch to vegan cheese for a bit or even nutritional yeast. Sorry, that was a long comment. :). Anyway, I will be posting a bunch of videos on Youtube about what I eat. Here is the first one. The more exciting ones are on their way. Best of luck and let me know if you need anything or have other questions.
