I hope that you had a wonderful Easter weekend and are ready for a great week!

Here is a quick, 10 Minute Ab Workout to help you get started on the right foot (or oblique! Trainer joke πŸ™‚ ) I love this workout because it is for any level and will tone your arms as well.
