A New Approach to Lyme Treatment

Hello everyone,

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s VLOG Day (for those who are new to this phrase, this is a Video Blog) and I finally have a new one out for the New Year!

In this video, I talk about my current Lyme Disease symptoms as well as my new approach to healing for 2017!  I am really excited to heal my body through food, supplements, herbs and cannot wait to share my journey with you.

Please take a moment to watch this VLOG.  Even if you don’t have Lyme, you may find some useful information in this approach-especially when it comes to other conditions and symptoms (acid reflux, Epstein Barr, nerve pain, sinus issues, digestive issues, fatigue, adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, etc).

It may just help you become a healthier version of yourself.  Who doesn’t want that?!


  1. Thanks for sharing this book and its ideas. Food was definitely originally intended to serve us better than our modern, processed food does. The book does a wonderful job of specifically telling us what our body really needs. I hope 2017 is a much better year for you (and all of us) than 2016. Thanks for the video!

      1. Nvm I guess that doesn’t work! I was diagnosed in October 2016, but I think I’ve had Lyme for at least a few years. I started out on antibiotics but my body couldn’t take it, so I switched to herbs in December. Seeing a doctor in WI who specializes in herbal treatments. I think food is also such a huge part so I’m excited to see this book (the food one!). I’ve been following the Microbiome Diet by Raphael Kellman, which I also really like.       2. That is amazing! I was diagnosed in October 2015 but definitely had it prior. Food is so crucial. It changes everything! Keep me posted on how you do with the book and I will check out the Microbiome Diet as well. I haven’t heard of that one. I will definitely keep in touch and I just subscribed to your blog 🙂 Good luck with your healing.
