Total Arm Workout in 5 Minutes. No Equipment Needed.

It’s the New Year and we all have great intentions of working out and getting healthy. However, sometimes life gets in the way and we don’t always have that hour to get in a workout.

Here is a quick, 5 minute workout that we can all do to tone our upper body. If one time isn’t enough, repeat the circuit 2-3 times. Enjoy! πŸ™‚
