“Workout Wednesday” Fitness Tips

*ALWAYS include a warm up and a cool down in your workout routine.

*Warming up can include walking, jogging, marching in place or similar movements. You can follow this with light stretching (never stretch when your muscles are cold).

*For best results, perform your cardio AFTER your strength training.

*To burn maximum calories, be sure to work your large muscle groups: quadriceps, back, chest and butt.
